The TLP759 is a high-output inverter. The TLP759 consists of a high-output light emitting diode and a high speed detector of one chip photo diode-transistor.This unit is 8-lead DIP. The TLP759 has no internal base connection, and a faraday shieldintegrated on the photodetector chip provides an effective commonmode noise transient immunity. The TLP759 guarantees minimum and maximum of propagationdelay time, switching time dispersion, and high common modetransient immunity. Therefor TLP759 is suitable for isolationinterface between IPM(intelligent power module) and control ICcircuits in motor control application.
